What information does KlickSports collect?

Our primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with a friendly, customized, and efficient experience. Information You Provide to Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features. The personal information you provide is used for such purposes as responding to your requests for certain products and services, customizing the advertising and content you see, and communicating with you about specials and new products.

Registration: In order for you to use our services, you must complete a registration form. We require your contact information (such as name and email address). We may also request demographic information and unique identifiers in order to provide you with a more personalized service.

Ordering: To use those services on the site for which we charge a fee, we also will require contact information (such as billing address) and financial information. This information is used for billing purposes.

Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us via our website or the KlickSports Games. Where is your information Stored and how is it Secured?

KlickSports primarily operates in California but has offices abroad. At present we only store information in data centers located in the United States. KlickSports enforces internal strict policies for access to user data. Employees, consultants, contractors (including off-shore developers) weather working directly for KlickSports or for third-party service providers can only access user data after a strict security process and interview (including background checks). Affiliated Business We Do Not Control: We are affiliated with a variety of businesses and work closely with them. In certain situations, these businesses operate within the KlickSports service or sell items to you within the KlickSports service. In other situations, KlickSports provides services, or sells products jointly with affiliated businesses. You can easily recognize when an affiliated business is associated with your transaction, and we will share customer information that is related to such transactions with that affiliated business.

Agents: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you. Examples may include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service.
